My Story
I’m Kofi Dadson a live event host, on-camera interviewer, producer, and director passionate about creating spaces where people feel seen, heard, and empowered.
Whether I’m leading a corporate workshop, hosting a live audience, or interviewing cultural tastemakers on camera, my goal is always the same: to create meaningful connection through empathy, authenticity, and storytelling.
While attending Lincoln University and as a proud member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Incorporated, I was often called on to speak and host events. What initially felt like pressure quickly revealed my natural ability to connect with people and command a room; that discovery changed everything.

My commitment to live event hosting was solidified when I introduced the award winning musician Wale during a spring concert at my alma mater. That moment opened the door to hosting opportunities across the East Coast, where I ignited college audiences and built my reputation as a confident, engaging, and professional live host.

That momentum eventually led me to Los Angeles, where my career expanded beyond the stage and into media. I’ve had the opportunity to work with and create content for major brands and platforms including TMZ, the LA Clippers, Bleacher Report, Adidas, Metta World Peace, King Ice Jewelry, All Urban Central, and Wheresthebuzz TV. As a journalist and on-air TV personality on “TMZ on TV,” I broke stories and conducted interviews with some of today’s most recognizable celebrities, an experience that now allows me to step confidently in as an interviewer for networks, brands, and live productions.
Along the way, I expanded my creative skill set as a producer and director, learning how to shape stories both in front of and behind the camera.

After several years developing my creative skills and being a student of the industry I founded Scene by Us Productions, a creative company dedicated to producing content and experiences that help people from all walks of life feel seen, heard, and valued.

Today, I produce original projects such as The Root of It All under the Scene by Us Productions umbrella while continuing to impact audiences as a live event host, corporate workshop facilitator, keynote speaker, and on-camera interviewer. My work sits at the intersection of entertainment, storytelling, and human connection and I’m committed to partnering with corporations, event planners, and media platforms that value authenticity, excellence, and impact.
